aged for at least ten years through a unique double-barrel process - it spends 5 years in first fill white american oak barrels and another 5 years in used bourbon barrels

Bereche et Fils, Brut Reserve, NV 'Ca N'Estruc Made with 30 percent newBereche's 'entry level' never disappoints. Usually comprised from a third each of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier make up the blend and the impression is of elegant nuttiness, orchard and stone fruits, and some gentle sweet spice character.
