All in all a beautiful open-armed & light alcohol expression of Pinot

try it with grilled beef or lamb and pot roast

More approachable in youth than I remember some Silex bottlings. You could happily enjoy this layered wine now but it should age well too. It really does taste flinty!! Drink 2021 2029.
