Canerock joins Maison Ferrand's existing portfolio, which in addition to Plantation Rum, includes Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac, triple sec Dry Curaao and Mathilde liqueurs. This rum is infused with Madagascan vanilla pod, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut, and a portion is given some extra time in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks for added complexity.
