Kanok Rhum EXP1 spirit and Steeped in TraditionOur Lockdown rhum. Distilled from 100% organic freshly pressed sugar cane juice, the spirit was rested on both American oak and French oak and then blended together. In total it was aged for 18 months. Double distilled in copper potstills, we have retained the true character of this spirit through minimal intervention. Distilled in 2020 (yes our lockdown rum) and bottled in 2022. A pure farm to bottle release. Pure South African Gold rum. No molasses,
