This is a beautiful, quirky beast it's a blend of 80% Grner Veltliner and 20% Riesling, with 85% of the blend coming from the 2018 vintage, 10% from 2017 and 5% from 2016. So essentially a solera, like you see with Sherry. Incredible weight and complexity here, very creamy with almost a clotted cream character, ripe pears, waxy notes
