If you tilt him forward he lets out a little cry. (More of a weird squeak.) Circa 1950's, beautiful amber eyes that blink, with a moving tongue too! Movable arms and hands. Billy is a happy little chap despite having lost a leg. Likes to be taken for fancy meals. Is a well established artist in the doll world but is very shy about it.
