Nose: Vanilla intertwines with a tangy sweet smoke and drying peat smoke, golden syrup and black pepper. Palate: Sweet medicinal and soft apple, rich spices and cloves with a dash of smoked meats, some gooseberry and almond, smoked cheese and grapes. A long waxy mouthcoating dram that lingers on the palate.
