Nose: With a rich creamy opening of vanilla, light charring note of wood, sweet peat smoke with a little dried fruit and a touch citrus oil and spice. Palate: The palate opens with the rich creamy peat smoke from the nose, layered with sweet and ripe light fruits, some polished oak and spices lead into a finish of smoking embers, floral honey and woody sugars.
