Dry Red No. 2 2019, Yarra Yering White The wine is aged forOne of the great modern Aussie reds, this is old vine Shiraz that is co fermented with some Viognier, Mataro (Mourvedre) and Marsanne, in a bit of a nod to Cote Rotie. Beautifully opulent and perfumed, with silky tannins, fine acidity and bags of detailed fruit. Exceptional wine beginning its journey of evolution.
