It is intentionally small in the crown and is not meant to fit any head size in other words, one size fits all. It has a straw 'handle' that allows the user to pin it to wear any way you like, and the handle also serves as a way to carry the hat when you are not wearing it. It comes with black grosgrain chin straps. The chin
