This Calvados was double distilled in copper pot still. Aged in used calvados barrels with an additional 3 years in Tokaj barrels. Tasting notes Aroma is complex and lively with hints of currant, dried apricot, honey and cooked apple. Fresh and expressive in the mouth with a long finish. Endnotes of walnut and hazelnut.
