Single pass distilled in a Frilli hybrid still. Rested in stainless steel prior to bottling. Tasting notes Traditional French Caribbean aromatics, presenting a heady aroma of cut grass, sea and minerality, and a smooth palate of salt and aniseed. Full bodied, with nice viscous heat on the aftertaste.
