It is a fruity whisky made from 30% malt and 70% grain. The Akashi Sherry Cask Finish matures for at least three years in American oak casks and is then finished for 6 months in Andalusian ex sherry casks. Vanilla and fruity apricot are paired with notes of dried fruit and spices.
