Matis 2023 Nino Barraco Alcohol: 14%Grape variety: Vermentino Alcohol: 12,5% Region: Maremma, Tuscany Winemaker: Mattia Mazzanti Agriculture: Biodynamic A small plot of vermentino planted 20 years ago produces a few thousand bottles of Cerreta's only white wine each year. Fermented partly in acacia barrels, it takes on floral notes reminiscent of early summer blooms. From well ripened grapes, a white also for important dishes.
