Tardieu-Laurent, Hermitage Vintage:2003 A background application of woodIn magnum Aromatic, gentle, floral and surprisingly a lightly herbal note to the nose. Delicate spice on the nose is more pronounced on the palate and all in all much richer. Elegant and surprisingly soft tannins already with the lightest of grip on the finish. A little nutty, quite perky and bright but finishes both sweet and savoury and long. (JH)
