I find the 2015 PS to be a little marked by the élevage from a dry and warm year that resulted in a concentrated wine
It was bottled in April 2023
The racy and nicely tension-filled medium weight flavors possess fine depth and persistence on the very dry but not really austere finale
Fesles, Bonnezeaux Chapelle other_regions_italy in the (rightly named) UnicoNot enough fruit or sugar remained to balance out the acidity. This was the first time I've tasted this wine. Hopefully, it will also be my last.
