A & C Ainsworth Wines - 2024 Landsborough Grenache country_Ireland The famed vineyard of ClosThe fruit for the 4th rendition of this wine was picked on 9 April allowing for a long period of flavour development in the vineyard. Our Grenache is foot stomped fermented 100% whole cluster in stainless steel tanks. We undertake pump overs each day, but avoid any heavy punch downs in order to gently extract the detailed flavours and the fine tannins from the fruit.
