Figs / अंजीर fruits and smoothies9 pieces approx 500 g per packet. Our variety is green and slight purple in colour. It does not turn totally purple when riped. So don't wait for the colour to change to purple . They should just be slightly soft and then ready to eat . They do remian greenish in colour. Figs are a good source of essential nutrients, including dietary fiber, vitamins (such as vitamin K and vitamin B6), minerals (such as potassium and magnesium), and antioxidants.
