"Doris," Original pink-tan chinoiserie peony painting (No. 528) - 14 x 18 strap baby shower giftThis painting is inspired by traditional Chinese artwork that hung in my childhood home. I was looking through old photo albums (this was pre digital photos!) and found a funny crooked snapshot that I captured as a kid. It's a neat perspective (literally, as you can see how short I was when I took the photo) and reminded me of this print that used to hang in my home.
