This lovely piece of fabric originated in Vietnam and would have been used as collars for tunics

Late 19th Century Laos Tribal Handmade Buddha (3) Textiles it looks stunning with naturalThis stunning buddha would have been hand carved by a Laos tribe in the late 19th century. It is made out of a tropical hardwood, as appose to bronze, as the people who hand crafted these would not be able to afford bronze. Nevertheless, the quality of this buddha can be seen through the effort and detailing that is showcased. The dimensions are as follows: H 21cm, W 5. 5cm, D 4cm.
