The elegant spray design features an approximately 1. 00 carat round center diamond, accented by 18 primary round diamonds, three marquise diamonds, six baguette diamonds, and 73 additional round diamonds. Finished with a double stem clasp. Marked 43660 LSEG. Circa late 1940s to early 1950s.
