On the nose, the aromas are elegantly structured with notes of red forest berries followed by fine spices. The palate imparts plentiful fruit with characters of blackberry, cherry and plum, followed by hints of pepper spice. The depth and length displayed by the wine is beautifully balanced by medium acidity and finely structured tannins. Old vines, Blewitt Springs, sand over clay.
