This is a crash relic believed to be from a WWII Soviet Air Force Yakovlev Yak 7 recovered from its crash site in Poland

according to the Accessories Interchangeability Chart dated Feb 1945

it was also used across other USN aircraft such as the TBM Avenger

hence the suction gauge in the upper right corner to indicate the performance status of the pneumatic system

The indicator has two pointers (the second one is barely visible in the photo as it rests behind the other) one for each tank. See
