The set has 4 removable scalloped sections which fit onto a center plastic piece that rotates. It was a bit hard to get the exact color but it is the closest to the last phoeo. So handy when having guests over for a buffet lunch or dinner, a vintage tea party or when grilling hamburgers this summer for the mustard, pickles, catsup and onions or other relish tray
