particularly blue berry as well as notes of crushed herb
cedar and dark fruit on the nose are echoed on the palate of this full-bodied
Much more modulated wood and reduction make the nose difficult to assess today
Au Bon Climat, Hildegard White Vintage:2019 I much prefer the 201050% Pinot Gris, 40% Pinot Blanc, 10% Aligot. Pale straw. Broad and welcoming on the nose with the Pinot Gris most obvious. Again, that salty note on the palate. Not desperately long. It seems as though its all on the nose at the moment.
