Bodegas Ontanon Reserva, DOCa Rioja book or "double aged"The Reserva from Bodegas Ontan, made only in exceptional years from the most select vineyards. A blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano, aged twelve months in American and French oak and a further two years in bottle. Complex and rounded with smooth, supple tannins, showing delicate floral notes and bramble over ripe plum, blackberry and fig, finishing on tobacco, cedar, vanilla, fruitcake and an earthy note. Drinking beautifully now. Made for roast
