These are made with forwings of a madagascan sunset moth that is a  naturally expired specimen

Monarch Butterfly Forwing Pendant, Monarch Necklace wingsallure Set in glass and solderedThis butterfly necklace is made with the recycled forwing of a Monarch butterfly that has been found naturally expired. I soldered the wing and added droplets of solder around the wing that look like rain drops frozen in time. I put an oxidized gunmetal like patina and buffed the high points silver. Both sides can be worn to change the look as one side is slightly paler on Monarchs. It is like having two pendants for the price of one. Set on an
