Tres Agaves - Amatitan Tequila 750ml EOFY26-50 and a touch of cocoaSingle sourced Blue Weber Agave, meticulously aged to optimise residual sugar, undergoes a slow roasting process lasting about 20 hours. The precious liquid is then extracted using natural well water sourced from the esteemed Tequila Valley aquifers. It undergoes fermentation with estate yeast in shallow fermentation tanks, remaining 'unaged' to preserve the authentic terroir and pure agave essence, untouched by the influence of wood.
